Radar	Front bumper repaired, removed, or replaced. When radar is removed or replaced. If bumper mounting areas are loosened or damaged. In their position statement, Honda states to calibrate the radar sensor “if any panel is damaged more than an abrasion.”
Windshield	Windshield Removed or Replaced Suspension Replacement
Blind Spot Calibration	When rear cover is removed or replaced. When there is damage to rear body panel. When there is damage close in the area of the BSM.

Kia Position Statement:	There is no blanket statement from Kia. Each model states the following and has to be pulled directly from Kia Tech Info (https://www.kiatechinfo.com): The FCA Radar Sensor Alignment is required when: the FCA unit has been REINSTALLED or REPLACED with a new one, the Radar Sensor OR the SURROUNDING PARTS have been impacted by a collision, the Sensor CANNOT detect the vehicle in front of it, or the Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) has been REPLACED or ADJUSTED.
